BSG tech Mark R came out to replace a
defective alarm panel. He thoroughly verified all wiring from the OnQ panel was intact with good continuity before installing and re-programming the new panel. He… More could have just left when he completed his job but thankfully stuck around to assist a handyman who happened to show up at the same time as him. The handyman was tasked with replacing a jammed electronic front door lock. Mark is extremely knowledgeable figuring out why the lock was jamming saving me from having to get the lock replaced but moreover he exhibited excellent customer service as he went above and beyond helping to re-program the existing lock while the handyman adjusted the strike plate. I’m convinced that if Mark with BSG had not been there it would’ve been a much more involved ordeal than the few minutes it turned out to be.
