We work hard to ensure the safety of your family or business, provide a positive experience with all of our employees, and deliver exceptional local monitoring services. No interruption to your monitoring services
Our 24-hour professional monitoring operations remain fully staffed by our highly trained in-house team of protection specialists who are ready to jump into action. Essential steps have been taken to ensure the health and safety of our employees so they can continue to provide excellent, uninterrupted BSG service. Whether your needs involve burglary, fire, or a medical emergency, we are here for you when you need us.
Support and Service
Our in-house Service Team Members are here to help. At this time, we will try to handle most security system troubleshooting remotely but our Technicians are ready and prepared to come to your location for further assistance. Both in the field and office our employees are staying healthy by staying home if sick, regularly washing their hands, disinfecting and sanitizing work spaces, and wearing gloves and/or face masks for extra precaution.
Safe in-person home and business visits
We fully appreciate the trust our customers extend to us when we visit their homes and businesses. BSG technicians and security consultants visiting your sites will adhere, as always, to the highest standards of cleanliness.
Service call appointments to install, check security systems, and handle any needed repairs are currently operating normally. If you have been exposed to COVID-19 or have flu-like systems, please prioritize your health. We will work with you to reschedule.
When visiting your home or business, we will follow best practices for health and safety. If our representatives feel they may be in an unsafe environment, they will communicate directly and work with you to reschedule your on-site appointment. We appreciate your understanding.
Caring for our employees
We are focused on making it as easy as possible for our people to stay healthy and make the right decisions for themselves and their families.
At our facilities and within our vehicle fleet, we have increased our already thorough cleaning and sanitization practices. Our employees have been asked to suspend all unnecessary business travel and practice social distancing as much as is practical. Employees with any illness are being told to stay home and rest, and seek medical attention as needed.
We have full confidence in BSG to take the needed precautions to stay healthy and protect themselves, their co-workers, and the people they serve.
