Official Rules

The “BSG Review Drawing” (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored solely by Builders Systems Group (“BSG”). This promotion is governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in this promotion, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that all decisions regarding the Sweepstakes, as determined by BSG, are final and binding in all respects. This promotion is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, and is void where prohibited by law.

Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States, and who are age 18 or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void wherever prohibited by law. Current and former employees of BSG, shareholders, officers, directors and agents of BSG, and their immediate families and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. Any person who has claimed a prize from a promotion run by BSG within the past twelve months from the drawing date is ineligible. If a winner is a current BSG customer, the account must be in good standing. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

How to Enter

1. Online Entry: Submit a review at https://www.yelp.com/biz/builder-systems-group-san-antonio, http://bit.ly/2O1Anjs or https://www.facebook.com/BSGTX/ and follow all steps necessary to submit a review (“Online Entry”). All Online Entries must be submitted during the Sweepstakes Period. Online entrants are limited to one (1) online entry per platform (either Google, Facebook, or Yelp). Multiple online entries under different email addresses that belong to the same natural person may result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Google, or Yelp.
2. Mail-In Entry: Submit a postcard including your name, residential address, daytime phone number and e-mail address to: “BSG Review Drawing” ; BSG, 12702 Cimarron Path, San Antonio, Tx. 78249. Mail-In Entrants are limited to one (1) mail-in entry per person. Mail-In Entries that are photocopied, illegible or otherwise reproduced mechanically will be deemed ineligible entries. All entries will become the property of BSG and will not be returned or acknowledged. BSG is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, deficient, damaged, misdirected or misdelivered. By submitting an entry, you waive all rights to the picture submitted and understand that the same can be used by BSG for any purpose. Entries that include obscene or objectionable depictions will be disqualified solely at the discretion of Sponsor.

All entries will become the property of BSG and will not be returned or acknowledged. BSG is not responsible for entries that are lost, late, deficient, damaged, misdirected or misdelivered.

Making a purchase, submitting a review, or the content of a review, will not increase your odds of winning.

Any questions, comments or complaints regarding the promotion will be directed to Sponsor.

Promotional Period

The promotional period begins on September 23, 2018 at 12:00:00 am EST and ends on October 23, 2018 at 11:59:59 pm EST.

Drawing

One (1) Prize winner will be drawn within 48 hours from the end of the promotional period. The drawing pool will include all eligible entries received from the start of the promotional period on September 23, 2018 at 12:00:00 am EST and OCtober 23, 2018 at 11:59:59 pm EST. An individual winner will be notified by email, Facebook Message, or phone call. If contact cannot be established by phone, Facebook Message, and/or e-mail within seven (7) days of the drawing, a new winner will be drawn from the remaining entries. All drawings are final

Prize

There is One (1) Prize available:

Prize 1: One (1) prize consisting of 3 Months to BSG Alarm Monitoring. Prize cannot be exchanged. Prize has no cash value. Winners who are notified that they have been selected are required to sign and return within seven (7) days of initial notification an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and a W-9 form. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and a new alternate winner will be selected. Prize will be credited to the winner’s BSG account upon return of the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release and the W-9 being returned fully completed to Sponsor.

Odds

The odds of winning will depend on the number of eligible entries received during the promotional period.

Notice

The winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, if applicable. All expenses related to the acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of each individual winner and winner understand that prizes are not redeemable for cash, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prizes are non-assignable or transferable, except to a surviving spouse. There will be no prize substitutions unless at the discretion of Sponsor. The prize is considered awarded once it has been credited to the winner’s account.

Except where prohibited by law, entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use each winner’s name, prize won, hometown, likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity (including online posting) in any and all media now or hereafter known throughout the world in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission.

Winner acknowledges that the Sponsor and all other businesses affiliated with this Sweepstakes and their agents do not make, nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty, representations, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the quality, conditions, fitness or merchantability of any aspect of the prize being offered.

Release

Submitting an entry is an affirmative agreement to these Official Rules and an agreement to release Sponsor of any and all liability in any manner arising, directly or indirectly, from this Sweepstakes. Winner further agreed to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sponsor from and against any and all claims, damages, actions, liability, loss or expense including attorneys fees and costs arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from this Sweepstakes.

Choice of Law

Entrants and winners agree that any and all disputes arising from the construction or enforceability of these Official Rules, or the Affidavit of Eligibility and Release shall be governed and construed according to the laws of the Commonwealth of Texas, regardless of its choice of law rules. The remedy, if any, for any claim shall be limited to actual damages. Entrants and winners agree to waive any class action rights that may arise and the right to a jury trial.

Privacy

Entrants and winners agree that all information provided as part of an entry or the process to collect on a prize shall become the property of Sponsor and that Sponsor may use the same now or in the future to send information, advertisements or other offers it believes it may be of interest to entrant and that said information may be shared with Sponsor’s marketing partners.
